If I was going to order the same thing anyway, I'd get the Saweetie Meal. I never heard of her before, but I priced it out. The Saweetie Meal is $0.68 cheaper than ordering a Big Mac combo and 4 piece McNugget seperately.

However, I never would order a 4 piece McNugget. At $2.39, that's $0.60 per McNugget.
