George Floyd showed every symptom of excited delirium. Blaming poor police training for an extremely clear drug overdose/ stress induced heart failure is like blaming a neurologist you forced to do a heart transplant. EMS could not have saved his life either, frankly, he was dead the second he started stressing himself out while high on meth.
