Just a reminder: Pfizer knew about it, too. Most of the major SAEs are referenced in their document that was released in November/December instructing administrators what to do if they encountered them.

They have a couple of pages dedicated to the spontaneous abortions and shedding, but if you encountered a heart problem? Here's what they suggested the administrators do (page 70):

8.3.6. Cardiovascular and Death Events Not applicable.

8.3.8. Adverse Events of Special Interest Not applicable.

Makes sense now why they're so adamant about hiding and censoring anyone who brings up the SAEs/death-rates.
