Well they can keep dreaming on then. Afghan's approaches to global human rights are the same as their approach to global humanitarian government - they don't recognize it. I love how the follow up press briefing revealed their strategy was to bribe the Taliban to recognize human rights though - they've already beaten the shit out of you and stolen their country back, now you're going to pay them for it. A-fucking-mazing.
