Like, I know why the globalists think its important, but for the average person? Everyone knows this about the vaccines, right? How is no one bringing this up everytime the vaccine passports and whatnot come up? It should be talking point number one, right?

It's a cultural thing. We all have norms we reflexively use. Trust in experts is part of it. It takes a lot to let go of those norms. It's why soldiers drive down the center of the road without thinking about it, or my mother believes I can't cook. Even when things change, and it's prove a false idea, it's a reflex that has to be altered.
Recently I had someone who works at a hospital tell me that the hospitals are jam packed with Covid patients. I asked if his was this way, or anyone he knows. He said no, and it was quiet the last few days, but that didn't disprove things.
Then I explained that the hospital gets extra money for treating Covid. He cussed a bit and then agreed with me. Greed he knew well enough, especially at medical centers.
But I doubt it stuck, because his reflex says it has to be this way, because those he reflexively believes told him so.
