Yes, which is why we need a new supreme court to overturn or narrow the scope of that ruling since the current makeup won't settle a god damn thing. There is no disease that spreads like small pox and this ruling it out of date. We are also no longer in a time where we have no medicines and people don't have access to treatments. I'd say there's nobody denying vaccines on a religious ground that science is a lie perpetrated by the devil, but we have 47% of the country praying to Fauci.
