Most of the problems in America come from politicians kowtowing to millennials. But I don't expect the generation raised on Facebook and Tik Tok to understand that so 🤷‍♀️
Replace “millennials” with “corporate interest” and you might be onto something.
Admit that corporations bait mostly millennials into being their spokespeople for all the shady shit they want to get passed by the politicians and you might be onto something.
Admit that we need to eliminate lobbying altogether and have 100% total transparency for every dollar donated to every politician or you’re unironically a shill.
I mean that's always been true. But now in addition to that we have (almost) an entire generation brainwashed into working against their own best interest, in favor of corporate interest, and they loudly proclaim their virtue while doing it.
This sheep class will forever be weaponized against the rest of us, and it's important to highlight and criticize them just as much as the corporations who put them up to it.
