We all knew this shit was coming, but it's still disappointing to see. I hope this reaches critical mass and people finally say "enough." I know I'm not going along with it. But I'm just one guy.
I really fucking wish businesses had stood up the first time around. They were the ones initially getting the pressure. They should have just told their states to fuck off. I don't like hurting local businesses, but I wonder if one solution could be to make it more of a pain for them to try to enforce the state's mandates than it is to call out the state. Noncompliance often works. Make it clear to the people doing the bidding of the state that that's not the easiest way.
