You know, as appropriate as that classification is (hyper-capable author insert that's too pure for this world), even when Roddenberry was still alive (actually moreso then) Wesly still failed/had to overcome challenges, unlike most modern characters fitting that classification. I just think it's hilarious that even the creator of the series whose fanfiction spawned the term (from a satirical story) added such a character to his creation.
