I said a long time ago they probably could have gotten asylum in Hungary, Poland, maybe even Russia. I believe the Dad was part of an orthodox church on top of trying to flee destruction of his kids. It's not perfect, but at this point you've done nothing but put your kid on the road to a suicide statistic. Everyone knew it would be a cold day in hell before he'd win the case here.
