Enlisted side, however, I worked for lots of Filipinos. I have been actively discriminated against by them, too. in 1998, supply department of the Kitty Hawk before she left to go to Japan was something like 80% Filipino. They were not subtle in their Pinoy favoritism.
Anyway, I don't have any personal experience with racism against minorities. I saw lots of nepotism, favoritism, and lots of cliques and "good ole boy clubs," but no real discrimination against them.
