They can sell it as vaccines, and regardless of my stance on forced medical treatments, as soon as the government is controlling access to every specific part of life by means of a passport they can use it for whatever they want. It's not a ton of slide down a slippery slope to see it brought up to do something like reduce climate change or even get more specific and target those who promote "misinformation."
