Literally this.

I've never used Discord but there was a lot of news at one point geek-tech sector surrounding child grooming, and some sort of pedo scandal involving the gay-furry admins at Discord. Sounds too ridiculous to be true, but apparently the admins there really are gay-furries.

So that's why that place is full of the Rainbow Reich.
