Pregnant women are "part of the military" in that they don't get dishonorably discharged like a guy who shoots himself in the foot to avoid being deployed; instead, they get a cushy desk job at home and someone else has to pick up the slack. That's it, and that's all it ever will be. Pregnant women aren't and never will be part of any fighting force. There is no scenario where women will suddenly have to pull their weight due to Selective Service. There's no chance of any of them being sent to some shithole and left there.
