Never say never. Gov is currently playing a very dangerous shell game with the monetary system. The Welfare State goes 100% bust in < 10 years. The populace is still armed. China is making global moves as the USA pulls back, unable to finance the USA Empire. Communist agitators in the USA are on the verge of taking full political power after fully dominating media and society.

The future is actually looking pretty bright for global military action.
