Looking at the article, maybe it's just the editing. You have the one statement:

“I’m admitting young healthy people to the hospital with very serious COVID infections,” she wrote.

Then a few paragraphs down;

“When I call time of death, I hug their family members and I tell them the best way to honor their loved one is to go get vaccinated and encourage everyone they know to do the same,” she wrote on Facebook.

So, it could be that she's making two different claims:

  1. Young health people are admitted to the hospital with serious COVID infections (but they all survived)

  2. She tells the family of people who died (none of whom are part of the previous group) to get vaccinated and encourage others to

Both might be true.
