I think you, and Melinda Gates, overestimate how easy it'll be to install feminism in a continent where education is failing, the quality of law enforcement is abysmal and only getting worse, while violence against women is increasing. Take it from someone who lived in Africa for over a decade. Sure, celebrities mouth off publicly, but when even parliamentary members beat the shit out of women on camera and don't even get demoted, it probably isn't the most immediate of concerns.
