Uh, Critical Race Theory is an American invention, stemming from Critical Theory.
South Africa's Pan-African, Internationalist, Racial Socialism was established before Critical Race Theory could exist.
Now, that's not to say that there aren't similarities, or that the US isn't importing South Africa's Racialism. It is. The Leftists are very proud of that.
This is true. I think the title is mostly clickbait because CRT is the hot topic these days.
Reminds me of the French Revolution. It obviously existed before marxism was a thing, but the similarities between it and marxist/communist revolutions that came after are undeniable. Marx obviously borrowed a lot of ideas from the French Revolution. In the same way, Critical Race Theorists have borrowed ideas from South Africa. So, you could look at South Africa as a template for what they want to happen in America. Although that is not necessarily what will happen, and I hope it doesn't.
The French Revolution isn't Socialist, but I'd argue that the Jacobins themselves were effectively Leftist, and their evil bastardization of Liberalism is a major element of that.

It's just not Critical Race Theory.
