What the hell happened with that truck? Was someone inside or did it move on its own? If someone moved it I hope they got far away but I don't see where they would have exited. (maybe the back)
could also be that brakes gave way after fire catched tire and truck rolled bit downslope
It tried to back away to contain the damage.
