"Afghan" isn't specific enough. Let me guess, the Hazara.

Hazaras are literally Mongols, leftovers of Genghis. They're being highly oppressed in Afghanistan (genocidally at times) but when they go to the West as refugees they tend to behave worse than the Pashtuns (UK's infamous "Asians") in that they don't just rape but rape and murder.
