The whole reverse-block thing that Twitter started (or did it come from Facebook?) is a stupid illogical concept that could have only come from 1. a deranged leftist, or 2. stupid corporate management/celebrity PR.
If I block someone, it's because I find something they said offensive or annoying or I just don't want to deal with them. If they are harassing me, blocking their posts stops the harassment. Blocking someone from making their own posts that mention me, or blocking someone from seeing my public posts but only when they're viewing from a device they logged into doesn't make any sense to a normal rational person. (the former scenario might make sense for a company that wants to use the platform for advertising)
