The chart doesn't even make sense. Why is there a range for vaxs in the green one. If you go above the range, is it no good? The lower end of the range is the same as the blue, if it literally went unchanged would it matter?
And I'll note that the 70-80% (?) vaccinated allowances are literally what was allowed before these vaxes were invented. The disease did not change. There is no new wuhan whoopingcough, no novel cough-pow sicken. The numbers didn't change much at all. The only thing that changed was that experimental medical procedures were now allowed under the condition that you're never ever able to sue them if it goes wrong. That change led to complete closedowns. That's why the reopen is based on that change, not based on sick rate or death rate.
