If I spend more time in the sun I: sleep better, heal faster, less hungry, less stressed, better mood, etc. This is something I can personally observe.
Nah, I'm in the South. Sunlight definitely improves your mood, although with the proper diet you should be getting your vitamin D from food anyway.
Getting Vitamin D from the Sun is easier for white people, or colored people who are outdoors most of the day, and I guess those that don't know about a proper diet.
