I’ve like the OG Doki Doki Lit club even though the fandom is trash & ive gotten excited that an expanded version is being dropped. But I’m wanting to know if Dan Salvato has dropped woke shit in it considering he did bend the knee last year about BLM or if it’s gonna be a steaming turd of a game thus ruining what made the original great

There's your answer. The game also has trigger warnings now if you don't believe me.
Pretty sure it had a sensitive content warning on the original
They added a lot more. There’s now an option to warn you before every “sensitive” scene occurs.
Wow that’s lame. Like who’s gonna leave that on? At that point just play a regular VN
All the residents of Twitter, Reddit, and ResetEra alongside streamers will turn it on.
We live in a hyper-sensitive world, unfortunately, so everything must be sterilized to avoid “offensive” controversy.
I think I know what needs to be done and this gives me an excuse to get into streaming on somewhere that’s based
I don't know anything about the development, but I was disappointed to learn about DDLC+, since the point and charm of DDLC was it was short and sweet, and one and done.
Also not a fan that Satchely doesn't seem to be doing the art anymore. Oh well, I probably wasn't gonna play Project Libitina anyways because I'm terrible with horror games.
But... There's already an expanded DDLC in the form of a fan-game/mod.
Almost every western indie game developer is guaranteed to be a huge faggot, no matter how good their games are. And from what I know of DDLC and it’s fans I doubt he’s any exception.
God... looking at that goodbye volcano high game and then some random shitposters from /v/ made a parody called snoot game thats actually pretty fucking good.
And then the source material has a "non binary" character in it and god only knows what else.
what?
