I'm not a big believer in the whole "you have nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide" mindset, but it does make me curious what potential leak would threaten him.
Either way, I'm glad the Stasi is being exposed, but I hope it doesn't destroy Tucker.

It's rational in a world it makes sense. We don't live in such a world, unfortunately. We live in a world where saying the n word 20 years ago is grounds for having your life destroyed but actively calling for genocide isn't, as long as you're delivering the final solution to the enemy of the establishment.
I truly never thought I'd see a world like the cartoonish, ridiculous dystopias I grew up with in video games would become reality. I never, ever thought that briefly inconveniencing The Empire would get you hunted down and destroyed. But somehow, poorly written final fantasy plots became reality. Good thing I trained for this by playing as equally poorly written freedom fighters, I guess.
Anyone got a Black Blade I can use until I reclass to Paladin?
Current year bears a lot of resemblance to the Game of Thrones series, really. It's like at some point we ran out of material and all of the internally consistent world-building and nuanced character development went to shit, only to be replaced by vapid husks of characters and plot contrivances at every turn.
I'm waiting for D&D to be announced as the writers for the great reset.

I was starting to think that the amount of political corruption is looking a bit like Frank Miller's Sin City.
A good analogy. Maybe a bit too plausible and grounded, though.
