When it comes to actual products and physical goods, some of those are almost definitely being sponsored due to being given them as "gifts" or things like that. When it comes to media I think the people who just do "react" videos are mostly just trying to ride the waves of popularity.
Youtube keeps trying to recommend me soyboys and women reacting to Schindler's List fairly regularly, usually with them crying in the thumbnail. Very organic and coincidental.
I would have to first watch such trash to notice trends within it. I am surprised that you are surprised that media devoted to worshipping Hollywood is of very little value and has next to zero originality.
Also we dont hardly watch anything in the past like 5 years cause most of it is woke trash and movies suck now.
Dude come on don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. (Or do, in fact, throw that fucker as far as you can and perhaps light the bitch on fire on the way out)
I can understand stealing media and selectively consuming it, for example I watch some Marvel movies still so I can pass among my co-workers and chat about some generic bullshit. I do not understand really giving a shit about it. I especially do not understand "reaction" videos at all, and watching "reaction" videos about Hollywood movies sounds like it amounts to self-harm.
“Reaction” content is one of the worst, lowest effort, most uninspired genres of internet video. Find content that deepens your appreciation for a true masterpiece instead of consooming someone else’s shallow moneygrab fake-ass reaction to the latest capeshit pinched-off by incontinent Hollywood fags.
Fair enough, but it’s still like trying to find the hay in a needle stack.
I prefer content like this for something truly timeless like Lord of the Rings. Hours of videos that deepen your understanding and appreciation that you might not even get from reading the books.

Given how quickly they reach for the DMCA claims, there is no way those things would be up if they weren't 100% sanctioned.
