This is called "critical consciousness" in Critical Theory derived "disciplines."

This means you recognize that:

• traditional gender roles
• traditional beauty standards
• traditional sexual practices
• interactions between different racial groups
• Western cultural norms
• Western history, art, and scientific knowledge

...are all irredeemably corrupted by systemic cisheteronormative patriarchal oppression, and it all must be dismantled to make way for an impossible to achieve utopian fantasy (Liberation).

Reality is denied. All the hardwired biological drives you have that keep humanity going — to attract a mate, to raise a family, to work, to create — all are merely oppressive social constructs which must be dismantled.

Instead, your worst human impulses are rewarded — tribalism, vandalism, resentment, destruction, emotional incontinence, narcissistic, performative displays of rage, grief, and self-righteousness.

You're living in a constant state of psychosis. Everything is inverted. Beauty is ugly. Good is evil. Freedom is slavery.

This is why these people are always so miserable.
