I'm curious to see what other people are doing. I work for a large IT company that has not been all aboard with the woke stuff. Every year we had something for pride month but it was never mandatory. In 2016 they donated to Trump.
This year however I have to go through: "How to teach people about pronouns" and "Microaggressions"
This is on top of the usual celebration of random employers who did average stuff but we are going to pretend they are some sort of gurus because they are gay.
Interestingly nothing (yet). A couple years ago there were no less than four rainbow flags on the company portal's front page, but now I only count one.
I think they've moved on to worshiping the Blacks instead of the Gays during June, because Juneteenth has the top billing in the Social Justice banner. Which is consistent with their celebration of Floydmas and all the rest.
