No prosecution wants to challenge Missouri’s Castle Doctrine yet because we have a super majority in the state legislature. If they manage to poke a hole in it we’ll plug it next session.

I wish they would have fought and tested the law so that we can make changes. But the libs won’t challenge it and risk losing.
