I remember my 9 step escalation of force procedures towards civilian traffic approaching my check-point in Iraq.

This is the kinda shit that got cracked down on hard after 2003.

Interesting how these "mostly peaceful protesters for racial justice" can't help but light up a fucking car turning into a store.
