I'm very bored. Ask me anything you want. Are we even allowed to do this kind of post?

I used to travel when the propaganda got a little too much. It kept me sane to go to new places and experience new things. I was going to visit the United Arab Emirates before the whole virus thing happened. Had it all planned out, but that place will probably never allow me in now, unvaccinated. I always wanted to see Abu Dhabi and go to the Grand Prix there. There and Monza were the two I really wanted to go to, but thanks to the pandemic, it'll never happen, most likely. Should have took the time off work and went in 2018.
Other than that, I cycle to keep fit, but that's less of a hobby and more of a necessity. I don't drink anymore, so never go to bars or clubs. Monitoring my stocks is my new way to pass the time, I started managing my own assets after the pandemic crash, rather than going for index funds. I'm doing pretty well but nothing worthy of writing an article about. I call family pretty often, that's it really. I started learning more practical skills because I'm about as useful in that field as a quadriplegic, seemed like a good way to use all the free time from the hobbies I've dropped.
I forget you're the other one I've seen talking F1 here. I had planned to go to Montreal this year. Monza trip was a definitely maybe for 2022. At this point I don't care if I ever go to Canada again. I'll probably still try for Italy some day if things ever get normal enough to enjoy it.
Hopefully Hamilton can lose some more. Maybe he will get Bottas' wheel nut fitting guy. Or hell I'd donate to Mazepin just to get him to intentionally go out to screw up Hamilton's qualifying laps. Just drive around until Hamilton is on a hot lap then spin off into the gravel for some yellow flags. Or really anything that keeps him off a podium, I'll take it.
It's been a pretty bad few years to be an F1 fan. Not only have most races been predictable from lap one, but also the person who is winning all of them is an insufferable political whiner who better belongs at the helm of the Labour Party than behind the wheel.
I wouldn't get your hopes up for Hamilton losses. He's complained to the FIA about Ferrari, Red Bull and McLaren using flexible rear wings. If that works out, it'll be so hilariously easy for him that the only way he could lose is if Mazepin crashes into him.
