You can easily avoid that by not using them. If you get married and you are with the wrong woman, good luck escaping without losing at least 50% of your assets
It's better how it's done in Europe with the brothels instead of a risky method in the UK or US. People should be able to have sex without having to be in a relationship and risk getting divorce raped or have a one night stand and risk getting accused of rape.

It's called marriage.
People should have the right to have sex without attachment. Marriage/hook ups are too dangerous in modern times so prostitution is a safer alternative.
