Anyone above her station would only need to slip the word to any media outlet and they'd gladly wordlessly cover the request by no longer sending press to attend conferences unless they were of the right skin tone. They'd jump at the chance to employ and front nothing but PoCs as talking heads. You never see the real high ranking problem creators taking questions on the street.
