Black woman's son is killed by cops. Like every young black man who meets a violent end at the hands of police, he "dindu nuffin". So then she helps kill a cop's wife in order to make him "suffer like I suffered".
Meanwhile, that cop had nothing to do with the death of her son, and she only thought otherwise because her white ex-husband lied to her. So even when a black woman becomes a terrorist and murders an innocent person, it's still a white dude's fault.
Imagine the conversations taking place in writers' rooms in 2021. Someone carefully curated every identity in this story so that no black people would be depicted as bad and all of the true villains would be white. And this is happening for every major television and film production right now.
"Law and Order: SVU" has gone so totally woke, that between the masks, the white shaming, and Mariska Haggarty's disheveled hair style, I can no longer watch!
It's now the case that the only time you can possibly have a villain that isn't white is when there are no white characters in the story. It's a shame for non-white actors because villains are commonly accepted as the most fun parts to play.
Read that synopsis, man.
