Wherever a new show catches my eye, I'll take five minutes to research who the showrunners and writers are and what they've tweeted. If there's any hint of leftism, I just skip the show.
That would be a useful database, imo. Click on a program or movie, immediately see the publicly available social media for producers, directors, writers, actors. Decide whether or not you want to support those people.
One episode of Chicago PD had there be a white guy, a vet returning from Afghanistan be a bad guy, by taking over a mosque saying to claim American for Islam and were hoarding weapons and somehow he's the bad guy?
Every TV show this year ran a 'Everyone is a white supremacist' arc, along with a 'We aren't doing enough to help POC' arcs. Every fucking show.

And people used to laugh at me for watching little house on the prairie and leave it to beaver reruns.
