I don't think there are any real numbers, but I suspect the numbers from western countries to be pure fearmongering dreck (our death rates higher than those from some starving shitholes without access to basic medical care?) so if you compile those against say India I simply don't believe the disparity.
Are those the real numbers or the government-sanctioned "official" numbers?
