Urban wildlife is one thing, urban livestock is a terrible idea, cities-as-traps aside.

That's one thing my shit-ass hometown did do right, was ban urban livestock - people just got sick of weird old Eastern European women slaughtering and butchering chickens and rabbits in plain sight with no thought to cruelty laws or cleanliness/FoodSafe.

And our neighbours' coops did nothing but encourage the ROUS that SouthWestern Ontario is practically fucking famous for.
