Why can an EO mandate masks in all areas of public accommodation like private businesses but an EO can't prohibit them?
Just another cuck who doesn't want to piss off big business in his state.
For fucking real. If everyone's brain wasn't warped by clown world we'd all realize mask impositions are a fucking human rights violation.
It's the governments job to protect the rights and interests of its constituents. The gestapo police they've been sending to shut people's shit down should be turned on anyone mandating masks instead. Really getting sick of this shit.
The government fucking created the mask hysteria by mandating them everywhere. Now they want to wash their hands of their responsibility to clean up the mess that they created by claiming it's the prerogative of every business to set their own policies, knowing full well that all the national chains are going to continue requiring them.
Fucking cowards who don't want to take a stand on something. Never win with them.
Even a windvane is more useful than a politician, at least they actually point in the direction the wind is blowing. Politicians just fall over and hide.
"a business cannot refuse service for someone not wearing a mask, and police departments are prohibited from responding to calls related to mask wearing"
We had EOs requiring businesses to refuse business for people not wearing a mask; i don't know why you wouldn't be able to mandate the opposite.
Cherry-pick some studies that say wearing them presents a health risk to the person wearing them, same as they cherry-picked studies that said they helped. Then not wearing them becomes a public health issue.
