I'm asking a serious question that in normal times would be best asked somewhere else. But since we're living in clown world this is the only place I can a) trust the answers I get and b) not get banned.

Leaving aside the transtrenders and "nonbinary" losers on Twatter, the social climbers in general (ie most of the FtM trannies) and the gay men who become trannies to avoid being gay, is there really such a thing as transgenderism/gender dysphoria that isn't simply autogynephilic perverts taking their fetish way too far? I couldn't help but wonder this when I read about this tranny concluding that his post operation reduced libido meant he really did have gender dysphoria, as if chopping it off isn't the obvious explanation for his reduced sex drive.
