Johnson is the person for better or for worse who was elected, not his girlfriend. If Johnson is doing whatever she wants him to do, that's on him. Same as in situations where Trump was doing whatever Ivanka wanted him to do.

Ultimately the Executive is responsible for deciding whose advice to take. If they're taking bad advice, that is their failure as an executive.
