There is zero concrete evidence for your conclusion other than "famines happen and will happen in the future". I would wager everything I have on the next famine being caused by "experts" and policymakers, not industry or nature, because that's what most recent famines are caused by.

Those two things aren't mutually exclusive. Famines can be brought about by nature and bad policy decisions.
