i grew up being taught that everyone at the time KNEW the mob/daley put kennedy into office, despite the MSM covering it up.

Really? That's honestly news to me. Grew up in the 00s so maybe it was too far past for people to remember but I haven't seen people say this until the last month or so.

Yep, although this is second hand to me since I'm the generation after, but only Democrats and the media thought Nixon lost legitimately - when he finally actually won he was one of the most popular presidents ever in terms of electoral votes.
