Townsends is more of a re-enactment channel of Colonial American techniques but could be interesting if your goal is to go full-on Uncle Ted.
A lot of channels are kinda hit or miss. They'll have a few good videos and a lot of filler. I suspect they're more dependent on youtube ad revenue and sponsorships money than they want to let on. Might be better off just searching for videos on the specific topic you're interested in.
