after they gunned him down while he was jogging through a suburban neighborhood.

He was running from the place he tried to burgel, and he charged a man with a shotgun. Worse, as far as I could see from the video, I have no idea that the shooting was even intentional. Don't fight a dude with a loaded shotgun.
