I know it's a virtue signal since the masks were never designed to prevent the spread of a virus the size of .1 micron. It's why 0 mask manufacturers claim their masks prevent the spread of this or any virus because they know they won't and they do not want the legal shitstorm that comes there way for making such a claim.
But the purpose of my posts that apparently most mouth breathers on this site can't understand was that if the stores and every other terrified sheep wants these mask rules in place then seeing people wearing them improperly is no different than not wearing one at all.
And my second post, the one you responded too, was to expand on how costly this would become for people who actually attempted to follow the proper instructions on masks and stores, where they would have to change the blue/yellow masks every 15 minutes and how the average family would end up going through a box of them just to go to Wal-Mart. It would be the first thing everyone notices as in the span of a month the typical nuclear family would have to shell out hundreds of dollars just to have enough masks to go grocery shopping.
You would have seen mask compliance drop to near 0 by the end of March, last year, after people realized how costly and inconvenient obeying the rules would actually be to their families.
The most effective way to get people to stop obeying the rules is to make sure they actually follow them. And later if the CDC or WHO tried to tell people to ignore the manufacturer recommendation for mask usage, more people would have realized how full of shit the entire process is. Because they wouldn't be able to rationalize how not following the instructions would make them "safer".
But now they managed to brainwash people into this mask cult instead of having people actually demand answers for mask effectiveness that you have people who put on masks in a fucking restaurant despite spending an hour talking and eating around dozens of other people who weren't wearing them. It's like there is a mental block that prevents them from making the common sense connection.
And then you have some people on this site who are so anti-mask that anyone like myself trying to make a post that has more depth than a puddle freak the fuck out because they are just as stupid and easily controllable as the rest of the people. Not once did I say for people to wear the mask and never did I say the masks would work. I only said that if all the stores for the last year and a half took the mask shit seriously we wouldn't have anyone complying because it would have led to violence for trying to throw out the wrong people and employees aren't going to chance a fight just to get someone to leave a store.
