It makes perfect sense when you realize that black America have decided that theirs is a parallel society in which police have no jurisdiction. When a black person kills another black person, it's just internal strife - none of our business. When an American cop kills a black person, no matter how justified, it's foreign aggression. That cannot stand.

The above realization is step one. Step two is realizing that black America's parallel society is expanding into and replacing American society.
