Every single court through out every single case involving any action related to the election, including the Pennsylvania case where the legislature explicitly violated the constitution, and where SCOTUS agreed that you couldn't file a lawsuit either before nor after an election. Ashley Babbit's death will not even be investigated. Arsonists have had their charges dropped.
I think the problem here is that you don't understand how this works.
What you need to understand is that the law falls silent in a war against your enemies. If you are not a Leftist, the law will not protect you, and the law may even advocate for your death.

The law is a moral force to compel people to do your will. Your enemies in a war are outside of your moral framework, it's why you are allowed to murder them. This is why the law falls silent in times of war.
