Oh you mean the dude who said he was going to declare a mistrial if the prosecution brought up some evidence, they did it anyways, and he did nothing because he clearly fears for his life and property if he didn't allow Chauvin to get lynched? That judge? Or the one who called Maxine Waters comments also eligible to get this called a mistrial, but then punted it to saying, oh it'll be good luck in your appeals trial?
You think he's gonna be the one to preside over the appeals when he didn't have the sack to do the right thing here? You think he's going to put himself in this situation a 2nd time? You really believe that?
I don't think your realize how utterly corrupt the system is.
The law does not apply to non-Leftists.
Dankula's attorney was threatened for filing an appeal at all. Every single court through out every single case involving any action related to the election, including the Pennsylvania case where the legislature explicitly violated the constitution, and where SCOTUS agreed that you couldn't file a lawsuit either before nor after an election. Ashley Babbit's death will not even be investigated. Arsonists have had their charges dropped.
I think the problem here is that you don't understand how this works.
What you need to understand is that the law falls silent in a war against your enemies. If you are not a Leftist, the law will not protect you, and the law may even advocate for your death.
About the only potential bright side is the appeal is a lot less likely to have the attention that this trial did. Mobs have short attention spans and will move on to the next "outrage" in short order. I hope it will be enough, but I am not optimistic. Appeals Courts can be really lazy, and if the judges on the panel are unsympathetic going in it won't go anywhere.
Good joke. What judge will ever let that come before his court? He won't want to be lynched by the blakkks

Allow me to re-iterate:
The law is a moral force to compel people to do your will. Your enemies in a war are outside of your moral framework, it's why you are allowed to murder them. This is why the law falls silent in times of war.
What you need to understand is that the law falls silent in a war against your enemies. If you are not a Leftist, the law will not protect you, and the law may even advocate for your death.
Amen to that. It's exactly why I quit the field.
I think they'd do the same for the judge presiding over the acquittal?
"Hey everyone remember that racist killer cop? He's up for appeal; you know what to do."
Delusional levels of cope lol.
!RemindMe 1 year
