Because he was slightly competent?

women are incapable of innovating simpler procedures

Too busy daydreaming about "the future is female" happening.

I find it so incredible how they can turn around and play this card after the harm this "vaccine" has caused. The hubris they have is unmatched.

IIRC, it's extremely ineffective against most variants. Especially P.1 Brazil variant and South African variant B.1.1.3(?)

My most sane answer to your question is that it's a cynical cash grab, while my actual belief is pretty far in the tinfoil.
