A commission made up mostly of academics, that includes far-right voices and is not tasked with making formal recommendations

Biden floats the idea of changing the judiciary for the first time in over 150 years and it's not radical enough for these people. How long before it becomes "well Biden is only going to do X instead of Y so conservatives should shut up and be happy"?

I think most far-right voices are at a "fuck around and find out" place right now. If I were on that commission, I'd say do it.
